There's a version of what you're going through that you haven't told anyone. The people in your life love you. They also come to you when things get hard. Nobody really thinks to ask how you're doing underneath all of that, and part of you wouldn't know how to answer if they did.

Not sitting in a circle talking about feelings without direction. Real work, held by a real facilitator, with clinical structure underneath it.

There’s something that happens when a woman hears other women describing the exact thing she’s been carrying in private. It shifts something. These groups are built to create that moment, and to do real clinical work inside it.

Sessions are structured, facilitated, and grounded in the same body-based, IFS-informed approach that I brings to individual therapy. That means you’re not just talking about the pattern. You’re doing the work to understand where it comes from and what it actually takes to shift it, alongside women who are navigating the same weight. The group holds you accountable.

Step 2: Your Individual Screening Call

Before joining any group, you’ll have a brief one-on-one call with me.

This isn’t an interview. It’s a chance to make sure the group is the right fit for where you are right now, and to answer any questions you have before the group begins. This call protects the container for every woman in the room.

Step 3: Group Sessions

Each group meets virtually on a set schedule, with a defined number of sessions per program.

Sessions are structured and facilitated by me, with a mix of guided discussion, body-based practices, somatic grounding, and skill-building specific to the group’s focus. You’ll leave each session with something concrete, not just a conversation.

At the end of the program, I’ll offers guidance on next steps.

Whether that’s continuing in individual therapy, joining a future group, exploring intensives or taking the tools you’ve built and applying them in your real life. The end of the group is the beginning of something new, not the end of the support.

Self-Care That Actually Works

This group is for the woman who knows she’s supposed to take care of herself and still can’t figure out how to make it stick. We move past bubble baths and bedtime routines into what actually gets in the way: the guilt, the nervous system that won’t slow down, and the belief that rest has to be earned. You’ll leave with body-based practices, real tools, and a different relationship with what it means to take care of yourself.

Boundaries From the Inside Out

Knowing you need boundaries and actually holding them are two very different things. This group gets underneath the people-pleasing, the guilt, and the fear of what happens if you actually say no, using IFS-informed exploration and somatic practice to help you understand what’s really driving the pattern. By the end, setting a boundary stops feeling like a confrontation and starts feeling like an act of self-knowledge.

First-Generation and Thriving

This group is for women who were the first in their families to build this kind of life and are still carrying the weight that comes with it. The guilt of wanting more. The isolation of a life your family can’t fully see. The pressure to provide, to represent, to never seem like it’s too much.

This is a space to name all of it, with women who already understand the context, and a facilitator who does too.

Communicate W/O Losing Yourself

Hard conversations. Reactive moments. The things you rehearsed for days and still didn’t say right. This group is for women who want to communicate more clearly, more honestly, and more from a grounded place. We look at what’s happening in your body before and during the hard moments, and build real skills for responding instead of reacting, so the conversation actually goes somewhere.

Isolation is one of the things that keeps patterns in place the longest. When a woman has been carrying something in private, usually because she’s the strong one, because she doesn’t want to burden anyone, because she’s not sure anyone would really understand, that silence becomes part of the pattern itself. Being in a room with women who are navigating the same weight, without having to explain the context, interrupts that isolation at the root.

There’s also something specific that happens in group work that individual therapy doesn’t always produce: you hear someone else name your experience, and something in your nervous system registers that you’re not a unicorn. That moment of recognition, of being witnessed and of witnessing, is clinically meaningful. It’s not a side effect of the group. It’s part of the mechanism of change.

These groups are designed to use that dynamic on purpose. The clinical structure, the body-based practices, and the facilitation create a container where real work can happen. What shifts in a group often shows up differently in your life than what shifts in the room alone.

    Because the work happens in community, the learning gets reinforced across every session. You practice the tools, you watch other women practice them, you see what shifts and what doesn’t. By the end of the program, the practices aren’t new information. They’re part of how you move through your actual life.

    The group gives you language for what’s been driving the patterns, context for where it started, and a clearer sense of what you actually need going forward. You walk away from the program knowing yourself in a way that makes the next step, whatever it is, feel possible from a grounded place.

Frequently Asked Questions About Wellness Groups

  • No. Individual therapy is not a requirement for joining a wellness group. These groups are designed to be a complete experience in themselves, with clinical structure, facilitation, and body-based practices built in. That said, some women do both at the same time and find that the group work deepens what they're doing in individual sessions. If you're unsure whether a group is appropriate given where you are right now, the screening call before the group begins is exactly the place to figure that out together.

  • These groups are intentionally kept small. The goal is a container where every woman in the room has space to be present and do real work, not a large audience where it's easy to stay on the surface. Small group size also means Jennifer can facilitate in a way that's responsive to what's actually happening in the room, rather than managing a crowd. Specific group size will be confirmed when enrollment opens. You can submit the contact form to get on the interest list and receive details directly.

  • Yes, with the same limits that apply to any therapy setting. What you share in the group stays in the group, and that expectation is established clearly with every member at the start. I hold the same ethical and legal confidentiality standards in group settings as I do in individual therapy. As the facilitator, I'm bound by my licensing requirements. Group members are also asked to commit to confidentiality as part of joining. No format is completely risk-free, which is why the screening process exists, and why the group is kept small and carefully held.

  • Start with what's most alive for you right now. If the thing you most want to work on is boundaries and why saying no feels impossible, that group is the fit. If the weight you're carrying is specifically about being first-generation and everything that came with that crossing, that's its own group. If you're genuinely not sure, submit the contact form and we'll have a conversation. The screening call that happens before every group is partly designed for exactly this, so you're not guessing on your own.
